Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and caring Pediatrician/ Advance Practice Nurse to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality pediatric care. As a Advance Practice Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing, treating, and managing various pediatric medical conditions, as well as promoting preventive care and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical examinations on pediatric patients, from infants to adolescents.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric medical conditions, including acute illnesses and chronic diseases.
• Administer vaccinations and provide guidance on immunization schedules.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Educate parents and caregivers about child development, nutrition, safety, and other relevant topics.
• Monitor and track patients' growth, development, and health status.
• Provide emotional support to young patients and their families during challenging times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient. Completes and closes patient encounter and well visit notes within 48 hours.

Qualifications:

• A current unencumbered license in the state of Tennessee for advance nursing practice.
• Must maintain current certification with applicable certification board (PNCB or AANP)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
