```Job Summary:```
We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. ```Responsibilities:```
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Set up and manage VPN connections for remote employees
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely manner using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies
- Document all technical procedures and solutions

```Experience:```
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in providing IT support in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
- Familiarity with common IT tools and software (Firewall, VPN)
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
