Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Control Center Supervisor.

Duties:

• Monitor landscaping teams from a computer-
• Review before and after photos for properties
• Create estimates/ work orders in the system
• Work with account managers on scheduling estimates/ work orders
• Communicate with landscape teams throughout the day
• Monitor Customer requests
• Data Entry ( AP/ AR Entry)
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to proper department

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a quality control role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer software programs
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Basic math skills for data analysis purposes
• Exceptional customer service skills
