SUMMARY  

The Network Administrator/LAN Analyst will administer and oversee the implementation, organization, and troubleshooting of the network, hardware, and underlying communications protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki devices.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of network services.
• Configure and manage Cisco Firepower Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) for network security.
• Implement and monitor security policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and firewall rules.
• Conduct regular security assessments and respond to security incidents.
• Administer and support Voice over IP (VOIP) systems, ensuring quality communication services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP-related issues.
• Manage SIP trunks, call routing, and voice gateways.
• Configure and maintain Juniper networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues involving Juniper devices.
• Implement network policies and optimize performance.
• Manage and configure Meraki Access Points (APs) for wireless network connectivity.
• Monitor and optimize wireless network performance.
• Ensure secure and seamless connectivity for end-users.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
• Provide technical support and resolve network-related issues in a timely manner.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES               

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Thorough understanding of networking protocols, LAN networking, and WAN networking.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• At least five years of experience with LAN and WAN technologies, including multiple network operating systems, topologies, and protocols, required.
