Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle is actively seeking an experienced Indian motorcycle technician to join our growing team. Candidates should exemplify strong interest and knowledge in engine building as we look to continue to provide our customers with a wide variety of options in custom and performance work. We are a family-owned dealer who services Indian and Harley Davidson motorcycles. Respect and teamwork are critical values we hold close to, as we continue to grow with our employees and customers alike. A qualified and experienced technician can earn up to $45 flat rate/hour. Our dealership achieved #1 in the state and region for new Indian motorcycle sales in 2021, which we take great pride in and look forward to growing even more in the coming year.

We are willing to pay a sign on bonus, and reelocation expense for an Experience Indian Motorcycle Tech!!

Duties and Responsibilities include:

· Pre-inspection of bike before starting any work (includes recording all specs and current mileage)

· Properly and efficiently diagnose all issues on the bike while inspecting the motorcycle for any other issues or problems

· Provide an accurate list of parts needed to complete repairs to the service coordinator, as well as any additional repairs or parts that may be needed

· Test ride the bike after repairs to make sure all repairs are completed properly

Qualifications:

· Experience preferred but mechanically savvy individuals eager to learn and grow may be considered

· Excellent communication skills

· time management

· Willingness to work with and collaborate with employees and customers

· Detail oriented

· Takes pride in their work and job duties

· Able to multitask with completing tasks quickly and efficiently

· Must have motorcycle endorsement

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week

Experience:

• Motorcycle in a Dealership: 2 years (Required)
• Indian Motorcycle: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License with Motorcycle Endorsement (Required)
