NCQA is hiring a Vice President of Evaluation Programs to lead the implementation and operations of NCQA’s evaluation programs which includes NCQA’s flagship Health Plan Accreditation and Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) Recognition products. Responsible for customer retention, customer satisfaction and quality and efficiency operating metrics. Partners with Product team to evolve existing programs and to develop new products that solve healthcare quality problems and generates revenue for the organization. Provides overall strategic and tactical direction for the continued optimization of all NCQA systems and processes that benefit both customers (health plans, vendors, provider organizations) and staff. Partners with the Information Technology and other key internal stakeholders to implement business process and technology solutions and to improve efficiency, accuracy and quality through an increased reliance on metrics, outcomes and analytics. Leads, develops, and motivates 100 staff and oversees 100 external physician and administrative contractors. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior staff of key customers, acting as an external spokesperson for NCQA.
