Role Overview
The QC Administrator will focus on broad issues that govern loan quality at Mortgage Solutions. The QC Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance and productivity of the QC team. he QC Administrator must always exhibit a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, provide customer service to our internal and external customers, and focus on loan quality and compliance. This position will be responsible for various duties relating to quality audit and review of residential mortgage loan files to ensure accuracy of information and verify that the loan confirms to all company, investors, and regulatory standards. QC Auditor will also assist other auditors with pre-funding audit and other Quality Control department functions. Additionally, this position will be responsible for ensuring all QC activity reporting (pre-funding and post-closing) are prepared and delivered timely and in compliance with agency guidelines.
