A&D Mortgage is a Florida-based Nationwide Mortgage Lender providing successful residential and commercial loans for over 20 years. With a team of 200 employees across the United States, we represent our A service in 40 states.

IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE

• Must have 2 years verifiable experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor;

•Must be able to commute to office located in Aventura FL. This is not a remote position.

• In-depth knowledge of mortgage closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation;

• Good understanding of banking computer software DU, LP and MS Office;

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

• Good multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills;

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).

YOU'RE GOING TO

• Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.

• Complete loan contracts and ensure that clients are informed about the rules and requirements;

• Submit files to the designated Underwriter;

• Ensure compliance with established rules and legal requirements;

• Follow up with clients to verify important information.

COMPENSATION

• Base salary $40K to $58K depending on experience. Additional per file bonus based on performance after 90 days. 

This is an on-site position only at our office in Aventura, FL.
