Job Summary

As a Loan Processor Assistant, you will partner with a Loan Processor to experience and participate in world-class training to become a Loan Processor for Victory Mortgage! In this role, you will receive a combination of on the job training and job shadowing to learning our process and build relationships.

These skills will be used to:

• Assists the Mortgage Loan Processors throughout the loan transaction process by obtaining necessary items prior to the loan closing by reviewing files to ensure all documents are in file as necessary.
• Manages new loan submissions, order title searches, and appraisals, organize and input information into electronic file folders, and submit all new loans to the underwriting team.
• Works with borrowers to gather appropriate documentation, then assesses the documentation to verify accuracy.
• Reviews submissions from Loan Officers and completes system checklist to aid in measurement of quality loan file submissions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Must be detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
