GENERAL PURPOSE SUMMARY
Builds administrative, technical and business development skills in mortgage lending by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Develops a working knowledge of mortgage lending through on-the-job training, mentoring and participation in a schedule of job specific training including cash flow analysis, collateral evaluation, business development, portfolio management, general underwriting, etc.
- Becomes familiar with bank policies and procedures, and industry practices and regulations through reading technical and procedural manuals, and reports and publications related to lending and the banking industry.
- Represents the bank in the community in order to develop and promote additional business.
- Completes special projects assigned by supervisor.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
