Additionally, Mortgage Closer ensures all documents are sent to appropriate departments and are in compliance with all regulations. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Mortgage Closer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Manage daily pipelines of loans.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
1/ years of experience in a post-closing capacity.
Proficiency in insuring FHA, VA, and USDA loan products.
Encompass experience is a plus!
FNMA/FHLMC ULDD delivery experience is a plus!
Expert customer service skills.
Impeccable organizational/time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Growth mindset look for problems and develops solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer and Internet.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS: General home office environment. Some lifting and bending will be required.
PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
