Responsibilities

Position summary

The incumbent is a member of the healthcare team responsible for continuous cardiac monitoring surveillancedysrhythmia recognition and reporting and analyzing a recording EKG and hemodynamic waveforms using accepted standards and measuring guidelines.

Qualifications

EDUCATION / TRAINING :

• 1 year cardiac monitoring experience
• Basic medical terminology
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to successfully complete dysrhythmia
• recognition test.
• Acute care experience
• AHA BLS CPR required
