Job Title: Manager of Development - Symitar

Responsibilities- Manage and maintain cleanup of core system data including JOBS, PowerOn, Letter Files, Warning Codes, Notes, and Tracking Records.
- Oversee Symitar core banking system and associated applications, ensuring proper daily operations and automation.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures and documentation for core business processes.
- Identify errors and provide solutions for data systems, including testing, developing, implementing, and scheduling automation maintenance.
- Serve as a department ambassador, liaising between IT and other departments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address inefficiencies.
- Provide education services to other business units on data systems and document and support communication surrounding projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience directly working with Symitar.
- College degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in an IT role within a financial institution.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience administering a Symitar core system and OpConXPS automation system or similar.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
