Position is based in Roanoke, Virginia and requires a skilled Audiovisual Technician who is highly professional, reliable, honest and can work and collaborate with others with little supervision. Would lead an integration team in both new and retrofit Audiovisual and IT installations as well as troubleshooting existing systems. Projects are based in Arizona and include Higher Ed, Corporate and Houses of Worship. Projects will require 30% Overnight Travel a year.
Prefer 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Audiovisual installation / integration / troubleshooting. Good working knowledge of Audiovisual systems and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read and work off of schematic diagrams, drawings, and task sheets. Good knowledge of IT / Computer networking. CTS / CTS-I certifications as well as other certifications with Crestron, Biamp, Extron, etc. is desired. Programming knowledge in Crestron, Biamp, Extron, etc. Strong knowledge of building construction for cabling retrofits and upgrades is a plus. Position requires a valid driver's license.The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
