Midrange Programmer jobs in Ohio

AVADirect Custom Computers, www.avadirect.com, a recognized and growing leader in the custom computer industry, is seeking applicants for our Programmer position. This job is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications throughout the entire business network. This position is also responsible for working closely with the Lead Programmer to aid with any projects and daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use C#, CSS, and JavaScript to develop responsive applications from designs.
• Test work across multiple platforms.
• Uphold AVADirect quality standards in all aspects of the programming process.
• Use leading edge technology to solve industry problems.
• Work on both presentation, middle, and back layers.
• Perform tests according to a given test plan and documents results.
• Perform basic support and debugging in test and production environment.

Requirements

• Full understanding of object-orientated design paradigms.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Frameworks.
• Experience and understanding of T-SQL, API, and LINQ.
• Design skills in MSSQL.
• Experience with building and documenting APIs and related technologies.
• Understanding of web service protocols including SOAP and REST.
• BS Degree in Computer Science (Preferred)
• 2 years’ experience with C# and Microsoft SQL Server
• 2-4 years' experience with ASP.NET
• Azure DevOps or other project management tools.
• Certifications/Passing exams: MS 70-480 HTML5 Programming CSS3 and JavaScript OR MS 70-486 Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications OR Exam AZ-204 Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
