Functions Supervised: CL Operations Administration, CL Title Administration, CL Servicing, CL Recruiting, CL Account Support
Primary Functions: The oversight, management, development, and performance of Consumer Lending servicing functions included in the departments listed above.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management with advanced industry courses in consumer lending, including knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Ten years' experience in Consumer Lending and/or Administration with a minimum of six years in a supervisory capacity.
Experience/Skills: Must have at least ten years' experience in consumer lending industry with proven management ability and independent decision making. Must be self-motivated and resourceful and have a thorough understanding of consumer lending functions including knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements. Must have a proven ability to hire and develop staff, evaluate difficult situations and exercise good judgment. Requires proven writing abilities as well as good verbal communications skills. Must have good human relations skills and a strong personality to effectively manage adverse situations routinely with the ability to resolve conflict and promote cooperation and positive morale. Consumer Lending Servicing Manager (Category 05)
Salary Pay Range: $99,419 - $173,070 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable and will fall within the range provided above.
In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
