Strategy M&A Group Description:
As a key thought leader and resource for The Heritage Group (THG), the Strategy M&A (S M&A) team is charged with executing new platform investments, add-on acquisitions for portfolio companies and value creation initiatives across the THG portfolio. Team members have backgrounds in private equity, investment banking, business operations, and strategy consulting.

Associate Position Description:
The Associate will be expected to apply critical thinking, ask questions, and challenge assumptions. We place a strong emphasis on the ability to master the details while also seeing the big picture. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the diligence, financial analysis, and modeling of private companies.
This individual will (i) work on new investment opportunities, including financial modeling, industry research, market analysis, and other due diligence, (ii) participate in strategic value creation initiatives within the THG portfolio, and (iii) work on other special projects for THG's executive team, including analyses around capital allocation and portfolio construction. Importantly, you will have direct exposure and interaction with the THG management team and our operating companies and their management teams.
