Our client, a leading accounting and finance software company is actively hiring a Chargeback Analyst to join their team in Plano, TX! This role will be hybrid, all candidates must be local.
**This is a 18 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**
As a Chargeback Analyst, you will be responsible for helping merchants dispute various chargeback cases. You will respond to tickets related to chargebacks and assist with providing supportive information to dispute the claims.
