[Merchandise Operations Coordinator - Authentication]Our Authentication Centers (warehouses) are where the magic happens! As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Merchandise Operations Coordinator, you will oversee merchandise inquiries and inventory control management within the Authentication department. As consigned goods travel into our facilities, the team processes, authenticates, and photographs each item in preparation for listing to our website. As a Merchandising Operations Coordinator, you will oversee all merchandise inquiries and all inventory within cross functional departments. What You Get To Do Everyday- Oversee CS/CR and merchandising inquire
- Prioritize and answer inquiries in a timely fashion meeting all SLAs
- Assign authentication inquiries to the proper point of contact
- Manage and organize authentication Zendesk inbox
- Track post corrections found from inquiries
- Ensure both queues meet expected SLA
- Track and update internal exceptions
- Support inventory management for inbound operation
- Assist department in maintaining FIFO/SLA
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve exception and operational issues that affect operations
- Surface risks and opportunities to operation processes
- Support strategic initiative projects
Minimum Requirements:- Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment
- Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Adaptability and openness to change
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds (moving and sorting product, etc.)
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours at a time
- Ability to read and write in English
- 1 year of experience working in a warehouse production environment
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Google Suite
