Merchandise Planner - Bakery jobs in the United States

We are seeking an entry-level Merchandise Management Clerk to join our team in Buena Park. Act as an liaison between Production & Stores, meet store / customer demand and maximize sales.

Responsibilities :

• Respond to store inquiries via phone, email, or through messages in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve store complaints and issues by providing effective solutions and following up to ensure store satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of store interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to address store needs and concerns
• Assist with other team member related tasks as needed

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of bakery industry trends and best practices
• Required to work on weekend.
