In this entry-level role, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge required to succeed in insurance sales.

The base salary for the entry-level position is $35,000 per year plus commission.

Anticipated Salary : $60,000 - $70,000 per year

If you are an experienced and target-driven Insurance Sales Representative , we encourage you to apply. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and building and maintaining customer relationships.

A Property and Casualty License and insurance experience are a must-have. The base salary for the experienced position is $40,000 per year plus commission.

Anticipated Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Sales Representative you will :

• Utilize excellent relationship -building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
• Advise and Educate prospects on insurance policies based on their personal needs and goals.
• Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
• Achieve or surpass sales expectations and objectives established by management.

Requirement

As an Insurance Sales Representative you will :

• Have or obtain an Ohio Property and Casualty License (Will cover 100% costs of licensing)
• Prior experience in sales or related industries.
• Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing / data entry skills.
• Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
• Ambitious self-starter with the ability to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.
