Additionally, Member Services Director typically reports to top management. The Member Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Member Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. - Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience
- Analyze member feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall member experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in member services
**Requirements:**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or member services role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices
- Passion for health and wellness
Salary Range: $25 to $35 per hour
