Additionally, Meeting/Event Planner conducts rehearsals and system checks of all equipment and connectivity. Researches and maintains relationships with vendors for event support services. Coordinates budget planning and ensures that events stay within cost projections. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
