Medical Management Manager manages the organization's medical management programs, which may include case management, utilization review, quality management, or community health education programs with the goal of providing high quality, cost effective health care services. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Medical Management Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.     Reporting to the SVP, US Asset Management, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual to join our US Asset Management team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, assisting with capital expenditure (capex) projects, and providing administrative support to the team as needed.

    WHAT WILL YOU DO?

    • Utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate investment performance, identify trends, and forecast future cash flows.
    • Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management.
    • Monitor market conditions and perform industry-relevant research.
    • Support the creation of annual budgets and business plans.
    • Collaborative with the investment team during due diligence and onboarding phases.
    • Adhere to established processes and procedures, while suggesting and implementing improvements when appropriate.
    • Support capital programs, supply sourcing, and construction coordination.
    • Compile weekly and monthly operational KPIs.
    • Establish and foster relationships throughout the organization to ensure flow of information is maintained.
    • Support administrative functions like organizing meetings, managing deadlines, expense submissions.
    • Contribute to a dynamic and agile team culture by willingly embracing additional responsibilities.

    WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

    • University degree with concentration in real estate, finance, or accounting OR experience that has prepared you for the role otherwise.
    • 1 – 3 years of experience with a real estate company (investment manager or developer), investment bank, private equity firm, brokerage, or lender is a plus.
    • Experience with Yardi, and discounted cash flow (DCF) models is a plus.
    • Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships.
    • Superior analytical, math, and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, professional excellence, and assertive follow-through.
    • Advanced knowledge Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel.
    • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
    • Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to allocate time effectively, work under pressure, manage and meet tight deadlines.
    • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities and adapt to new ideas and constant changes.
