Job Description: As our Social Media Manager, you will be the creative force behind the online presence of our clients, crafting compelling narratives that embody each individual brand’s voice, captivate audiences and drive engagement. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and LinkedIn.
• Creating visually appealing and on-brand content, including photos, videos, and graphics.
• Liaison for paid digital ad campaigns (Meta/Google) between client and specialists (have a basic understanding of how Meta/Google Ads work.)
• Delivering impeccable customer service to our clients.
• Engaging with audiences in a timely and authentic manner, fostering meaningful connections and driving community growth.
• Monitoring social media trends and staying abreast of industry developments to optimize our strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborating with internal and client teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.
• Analyzing key metrics and performance data to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on ROI to stakeholders.
• Traveling locally to capture original content for client calendars (have a reliable vehicle and iPhone/camera.)

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess all the below, but we encourage individuals with partial skillset plus the motivation to grow and learn to also apply:

• A refined eye for high-end visual design (photo selection/editing, typefaces, graphic design layout etc)
• Proficiency with Mac, Adobe Suite/Canva, Google Suite & Dropbox.
• Experience with varied scheduling platforms (Iconosquare/Hoot Suite/Planoly.)
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably for a marketing agency.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, and graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A passion for the Hamptons lifestyle and a deep appreciation for luxury marketing.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
