May coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars. Additionally, Marketing Specialist typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Marketing Specialist gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Job Summary
Increase regional agent client base through phone marketing, implementation of inside sales techniques, and tailoring products and services offered to individual agent needs.
Primary Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential clients or customers through various sources
- Execute lead generation strategies to reach target audiences and expand the customer base.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as prospective customers.
- Utilize marketing tools and other channels to generate leads and drive lead engagement.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.
- Communicate with prospects to gather information, address inquiries, and nurture potential leads through the sales funnel.
- Making outbound calls, fielding inbound calls and transferring leads using provided scripts
- Meet established goals and objectives
- High School Diploma or GED
- Multi-line phone skills
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Professional phone etiquette
- Must have ability to multi-task
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Problem solving skills required
- Great team and individual contributor
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to type at least 15 WPM
