Role Overview
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the direction and execution of our global email marketing strategy. Your focus will be on delivering personalized content and journeys that enhance customer engagement and loyalty. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive campaigns, optimize performance, and leverage consumer insights to inform your strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with consumer insights teams to deeply understand our audience and tailor email strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with campaign, digital, and commercial teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
Oversee all aspects of email marketing programs, including A/B testing, journey building, campaign management, and analytics.
Drive site optimization efforts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain campaign calendars and ensure thoughtful planning to avoid overcommunication.
Identify process gaps and work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies.
Lead and develop the email marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Related Experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to drive results and influence stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and consumer data platforms preferred.
