Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions for process improvements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Work with the team to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Define goals, and success metrics, and report on marketing program results. Tracking all KPIs and ROI is required
• You have an excellent understanding of the principles and workings of all digital marketing (social media, SEO, sales funnels, paid media, email marketing and analytics)

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience building, coaching, and leading successful teams
• Strong background in digital marketing
• Background that balances marketing, technology, and operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the latest technologies in the marketing field.
• Ability to strategize and implement effective business plans
• Skilled in developing marketing strategies while incorporating technology solutions.
• Ability to set goals, timelines, and budgets for marketing personnel to follow.
• Strong problem-solving and analytics skills with an ability to prioritize project
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google UTM tracking, and Google tracking best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
