As Director of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, attract new guests and elevate the overall guest experience. *Supervise and lead a team

*Source advertising placements/manage budget and process
*Conduct market research  to keep abreast of trends/competitors

*Previous Resort and/or Waterpark experience
*Pre-opening experience, a plus, preferably at an Independent Resort Lifestyle Hotel
*Bachelors Degree, preferred
*3 years of combined marketing, advertising and/or e-commerce experience
*Prior Hospitality/Tourism experience recommended
