Gotcha Covered Franchising, a premium provider of custom window treatments, is currently seeking a home based Marketing Director to join their growing team in Denver, CO.   Gotcha Covered Franchising (http://www.www.gotchacovered.com) provides outstanding opportunities, flexibility, and support to its new and existing franchisees, in addition to building corporate relationships with large, national retail companies.  Working in partnership with our Marketing Team, our Marketing Director will manage our main retail brand as well as the promotion of our commercial services and all marketing activities related to growing our system through the sale of new franchises.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Provide and facilitate training, coaching and support our franchisees.
• Manage and support our marketing partners which includes ensuring that our partners are updated and aware of any changes in their programs and provide ongoing direction to partners.
• Grow and develop the brand by evaluating new marketing options, protecting and enforcing brand standards and increasing brand awareness.
• Will be the written voice of Corporate for all internal and external communications.
• Oversee and lead Graphic design management.

Successful candidates must have:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of Marketing experience.
• Must live in the Denver metropolitan area and be able to attend bi-weekly staff meetings, as well as monthly training classes.
• Exceptional efficiency and time management skills.
• Savvy with Social Media Marketing, and strong web development expertise.
• Phenomenal communication skills to support coordination with internal and external customers.
• Experience with major lead generators in our industry, including Yelp, HomeAdvisor, Google, Angie’s List and more.
• Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite.
