Market Research Analyst jobs in Delaware

Responsible for researching and collecting specific criminal, civil, property, and corporate documents in Delaware. Report findings accurately to various Mohr Information Services clients.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Conduct court research using the internet and/or onsite research at local courthouses and other Government offices.
• Search and retrieve criminal, traffic, civil, judgments, liens, property, and corporate records based on the clients need.
• Compile and decipher findings into concise and accurate reports using multiple platforms and formats.
• Ensure complete accuracy, appropriate and consistent grammar, spelling, and punctuation on all reports and data collections.
• Meet time deadlines and performance expectations.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding client and Company information and ensure proper destruction of confidential documents.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Investigator preferred.
• Experience in criminal research, title abstracting, and corporate document retrieval is required.
• Working knowledge of the court system is a plus.
• Experience in online information gathering to include social media research is a plus.
• Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
• Understanding of the judgment and garnishment process.
• Must be able to travel to area courthouses and other Government offices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to edit work for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and punctuation is a must.
• Great attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to produce work of the highest quality level.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work independently, multi task, and solve problems.
• Strong computer and typing skills is a must.
• Self motivated, honest and reliable is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 – 80 per week
