Maintenance Planner devises plans and programs for routine preventative maintenance and scheduled turnaround events at a plant or production facility. Accurately defines and estimates required work requests and maintains a consistent tracking system for work orders. Being a Maintenance Planner develops inspection and survey procedures to ensure an effective preventative maintenance system. Works closely with technicians, engineers, operations, and managers to establish a schedule of proactive maintenance activities during appropriate downtime. Additionally, Maintenance Planner utilizes planning and scheduling methods to ensure the most effective and least disruptive maintenance possible. Typically uses a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for tracking and planning maintenance. Monitors spare parts inventory to ensure availability of required parts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Maintenance Planner work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers or between locations. This position requires heavy lifting and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles, including box trucks, tractor-trailers, vans, or other designated vehicles
- Load and unload goods using pallet jacks or other equipment
- Plan delivery routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with local roads and routes
- Knowledge of using GPS devices or navigation apps
- Ability to work independently and meet delivery deadlines
