We provide just-in-time logistics services, primarily for the Honda Motor Company. We are located in East Liberty, Ohio, halfway between Bellefontaine and Marysville. We started our Ohio operations in 1987 with a culture deeply rooted in Honda Philosophy and have grown with U.S. operations in most locations with a Honda manufacturing plant. Honda Logistics North America is the regional parent/hub company for the North American subsidiaries conducting logistics services for the Honda Manufacturing plants. About this Position:

The Server Administrator and Architect’s role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions with system availability being the primary goal. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated systems. The Server Administrator and Architect will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Occasionally, with system upgrades or fixes, work must be completed during odd hours of the night or on weekends. The availability to travel, as needed, to regional locations is required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Microsoft Windows Server support
• Provide VMware/Nutanix Virtualization support
• Provide SAN storage support
• Support and maintain Active Directory and Group Policy
• Provide Microsoft Office 365 Support
• Provide Windows, Exchange, SQL Backup administration support
• Monitor and ensure server and storage performance and availability
• Troubleshoot and address system issues
• Promote and maintain patch management best practices
• Promote and maintain information security best practices
• Document system setup/config and support procedures
• Liaise with customers, users, vendors, suppliers and professional services
• Provide metrics for capacity management purposes
• Participate in disaster recovery testing

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS)

• Required Technical Expertise - 5 years (must-have)
• Networking basics
• Windows systems troubleshooting
• VMware/Nutanix
• Microsoft Windows Servers (Server 2003 – 2022 )
• Active Directory/Group Policy
• Datacenter Shared Storage concepts
• Windows Server build-out, migrations and decommissions
• Device monitoring and reporting
• Desired Technical Experience (good-to-have)
• CyberArk, Crowdstrike and other security related products
• Microsoft SQL 2008
• Setting up & supporting Various Web Development Environments (Python, ASP, .Net, Etc.)

Pay: $78,045.00 - $100,344.00 per year
