ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax them to Network Carriers Research orders on the “Over 50” report (orders that have a delivery date 50 days old) either by obtaining a POD from the Network Carrier or conducting a follow up survey with the customer to confirm delivery; update system so we can invoice the client Entering data into inventory management system Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for orders that have a scheduled date ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree preferred.
