JP Logistics & Consulting LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full time Janitorial Logistics Analyst Level 3 to perform its duties in support of the 3rd ID G-4 Asset Visibility/GCSS-A Property Accountability Team.

Hours of Operation: 08:00- 17:00 M-F except holidays.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform GCSS-A accountability support for maintaining accountability of the equipment assigned to the organizations using the GCSS-A standard automation system. This concept of support includes reporting of monthly sensitive item inventories, 10% inventories, Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DODAAC) and Unit Identification Code (UIC) management for the individual companies assigned or attached to each of the Echelon Below Divisional organizations and providing visibility of Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss (FLIPL). Required to properly handle/maintain accountability of sensitive item reporting requirements for items such as weapons, night vision devices, global positioning devices, and communications security (COMSEC) devices.
Manages Class II, IV, VII and VIII Major End Items in GCSS-A thru the Army Military Standard Requisitioning and Issue Procedures (MILSTRIP) requisitions, statuses & equipment received through the Installation Supply Support Activities (SSA), U.S. Army Medical Material Agency (USAMMA) and DA Equipment Item Managers.
Provides subject matter expertise (SME) for the Decision Support Tool- Sourcing Module (DST-SM) and Army Vantage Program in order to properly plan and provide special instruction on the execution of equipment redistribution for all Echelon Below Division units.
Provides support to subordinates units by providing subject matter expertise (SME) for the GE E&C audit readiness program. Receive GE Samples from Division, review samples returned by Accountable Officers and validate documentation for correctness and completion. Performs all Echelon Below Division units.
Provide supply support and a working knowledge of current US Army supply policies and procedures, management, and reporting procedures. Provide technical assistance for GCSS- A supply accountability procedures and make recommendations for viable problem solutions to the command level.
Perform a high degree of accuracy and proficiency, all GCSS-A accountability operations, to include maintaining GCSS-A records for the accountability of equipment which includes Rear-D Equipment, TDA and MTOE equipment owned or controlled by each organization. Utilizing GCSS-A to augment the Echelon Below Division GCSS-A Accountability organizations to achieve the following: 100% GCSS-A accountability through the accurate posting of transactions within 7 days of document receipt; maintain complete supporting document files IAW AR 25-400- 2, AR 710-2, and DA PAM 710-2-1; using asset visibility functions, identify and resolve equipment on hand (EOH) readiness, property accountability, and CL II/ CL IV(Non- expendable) & CL VII (Major End Item) management issues and shortfalls.
Perform unit technical advice in acquiring and expediting Class II/IV, VII and VIII from approved sources. The Contractor will provide the 3rd ID Echelon Below Division GCSS-A Property Accountability organization, to achieve the above stated goals through performance to include, but not limited to, the following actions:
Education and Experience:
Experience working with LMI-DST, FMS Web, Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Global Combat Support System Army (GCSS-Army), Army Vantage, Microsoft Office Suite, and ten (10) years’ experience in supporting Brigade Level Asset Visibility & GCSS-A Property Accountability efforts.
