Analyzes loans to identify deficiencies, unsupported charges, and risk levels. Being a Loan Examiner establishes authenticity and correctness of all records including transactions and other forms of documentation. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Loan Examiner typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Loan Examiner works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.     Perform take down exams for company’s affiliated home building division transactions. Perform other duties as directed by the manager or as appropriate to share the office work- load to include but not limited to miscellaneous clerical duties and assisting local branches in closing transactions.
