In this roleyoull play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiencyof our accounts receivable (A / R) processes.

Your contributions willdirectly impact VPGs ability to deliver cuttingedge solutions thatmake the world safer smarter and moreproductive.

What YoullDo :

• Be the champion ofA / R collections for US companies ensuring timely payments andmaintaining positive customerrelationships.
• Act as a gatekeeper forcreditworthiness by reviewing and releasing credit holds on salesorders.
• Utilize web invoicing tools tostreamline the billing process.
• Manage creditcard charges for US companies with accuracy andefficiency.
• Partner with the finance team toreview and approve new customersetups.

Requirements :

• A highlymotivated and detailoriented individual with 46 years of experiencein a highvolume accounts receivableenvironment.
• Strong collections acumen in thecommercial field.
• Prior experience with A / Rprocesses and strong technical skills particularly in Excel areessential.
• A commitment toaccuracy efficiency and maintaining a positive and professionaldemeanor.

MinimumQualifications :

• 12years of accounting education preferred.
• 46years of relevant experience in accountsreceivable.
• Strong understanding of A / Rprocesses.
• Proficient in MicrosoftExcel.
• Excellent organizational andcommunication skills.
• Team player with aproblemsolvingmindset.
