    What you will do:

    • Staff our front desk, answer telephone calls, and greet our customers.
    • Receive and distribute mail, answer e-mail, scan, and index court documents for electronic storage.
    • Draft, proof, and edit correspondence as requested by administrative law judges.
    • Prepare dockets and hearings materials for the administrative law judges.
    • Retrieve and enter confidential information in the computer system.
    • Order supplies and other duties as directed.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent and 1 year of relevant experience.

    Desired Attributes

    • Experience working in a law office or governmental agency.
    • Experience using Microsoft Outlook Suite, Adobe Pro DC, Box.com, Cisco Jabber or other similar software/platforms.
