T Key responsibilities include collaborating with attorneys and staff to provide top-notch service to clients and co-counsel, supporting the Corporate and General Litigation Departments throughout the litigation process, and handling document preparation, organization, and logistics for depositions and trials. Travel and overtime may be necessary.
Candidates should be knowledgeable in litigation, automated support systems, and cite-checking, with a good understanding of Delaware’s Superior, Chancery, and District Courts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Lexis-Nexis, and Westlaw is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication skills are crucial.
