Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee the entire web project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery and ongoing client communication.
· Collaborate with clients via phone and email to gather project requirements and develop project plans.
· Coordinate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure timely and successful project execution
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
· Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
· Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
· Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure websites meet design and functionality requirements
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development
Qualifications:
· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with clients and internal teams effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in-person
· Proficient in web design principles and technologies. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design is a plus
· Knowledge of graphic design principles and tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
· Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website builders
· Strong problem-solving skills to address technical issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
· Proficient in Figma and/or Adobe XD
· Basic WordPress knowledge
