Leasing Administration Manager jobs in Kentucky

Leasing Administration Manager supervises a team of leasing administrators to ensure monthly rents are paid and all leasing activities are in accordance with policies and guidelines. Coordinates charges with landlords and works with senior management on occupancy decisions. Being a Leasing Administration Manager oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Leasing Administration Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Leasing Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Leasing Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Reporting Reports directly to the Regional Manager

    Primary Responsibilities

    • The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
    • Learn recruiting and staffing procedures for a store.
    • Responsible for all renewal activity
    • Learn to facilitate and reconcile inventories.
    • Assist with return authorization.
    • Safeguard all company assets.
    • Ensure accurate and timely bank deposits.
    • Maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards.
    • Assist with training and developing of store associates.
    • Achieve planned growth and profit goals.
    • Learn and execute all customer service programs, company guidelines and policies.
    • Provide a safe, clean environment for customers and associates.
    • Always ensure adequate availability of merchandise.
    • Accurately report financial measures and transactions
    • Plan and organize to meet or exceed forecasted financial goals.

    Requirements

    • Must have Rent to Own Management experience
    • 80% travel while in training
    • Relocatable to the area of the store you’re promoted to manage
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Professional appearance
    • High level of energy
    • Demonstrated selling skills.
    • Effective organizational skills
    • Proven managerial skills.
    • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 300 pounds with a dolly.
    • Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License, and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
