RealREPP, a full service commercial real estate recruiting firm, is partnering with a PREMIER commercial real estate owner/operator who has a NATIONAL presence. We are current recruiting for a Legal Lease Administrator to join their legal team in Birmingham, AL.

This person will be responsible for the complete and accurate abstracting and set-up of property, lease and loan documents for the company's property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience within commercial real estate or a real estate focused law firm, have a good understanding of contract and leasing language and documentation and preferable experience with a real estate management software. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail, the ability to manage conflicting deadlines, and excellent communication skills.

This opportunity offers an EXCELLENT base salary (up to $55k, DOE) 5% annual target bonus, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit and team-oriented environment while partnering directly with some of the top executives in the company. This is a HYBRID role with the option to work from home on Fridays!

Requirements

• PREFER 2 years in lease administration role for commercial real estate company OR 2 years as a paralegal with real estate exposure.
• Degree is preferred.
• Must be service oriented - ability to interface across departments (i.e., property management, property accounting, leasing, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have ability to interpret and administer complex lease documents.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Outlook).
