Lead Construction Representative jobs in the United States
Lead Construction Representative schedules all site inspections and reviews inspection reports to ensure adherence to project specifications. Responsibilities also include assisting field inspectors with various problems, approving expenses and overtime claims, and preparing summary reports. Being a Lead Construction Representative requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Lead Construction Representative typically requires 10+ years of related experience. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously. - Walk-path installation and mgmt.
- Sanitary mgmt.
- Construction security implementation (IE camera trailers, checkpoints, etc.)
- Road closures
- Construction signage
Requirements- Minimum 2 years in commercial construction, operations and a leadership role
- Must be highly organized
- Proficiency in commonly used form systems
- Authorization to work in the US
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, lift, and work outdoors
- Must pass 10- panel drug screen and criminal history search
- Own hand tools and work boots
- OSHA 10 preferred
