Laundry Manager manages the daily operations of a laundry services department. Assigns and reviews the work of laundry employees engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging and delivering laundry to various departments or guests. Being a Laundry Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a hotel manager. We are opening a new location in July and will be seeking an Assistant Manager/ laundry attendant for a new laundromat in South OKC. We will offer self service and wash and fold. The hours will be Monday thru Friday 7am-2pm.
Duties include processing laundry (sorting, spot treating, washing, drying and folding), customer service as we are completely coinless so helping customers download our app or use our kiosk, maintaining a clean and welcoming store, this means A LOT of cleaning.
Skills needed: the ability to multi-task efficiently and maintain organization, good with computers and technology as we are electronic based, the ability to provide excellent customer service, and the ability to keep a clean environment, ability to lift and bend. Pay is $11/hr and $20 laundry credit each month.
