Laundry Manager - Healthcare manages the daily operations of a laundry services department for a healthcare facility. Assigns and reviews the work of a laundry employees engaged in receiving, washing, ironing, packaging and delivering laundry to various departments. Being a Laundry Manager - Healthcare may require a high school diploma or its equivalent or in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Laundry Manager - Healthcare supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Check out our company page: https://www.imagefirst.com/company/Responsibilities & Qualifications:The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and leading Account Exectuive (AE).
Job Responsibilities:- Manage the AE’s in specific defined markets.
- Develop key relationships with current customers
- Ensure AE is following sales process.
- Achieve quarterly targeted new business growth goals.
- Ensure weekly sales reports are accurate.
- Inspect what we expect – metric reviews.
- Proposal review and approval.
- Agreement review, negotiation, and approval with help from SVP of Sales
- Expense report review and approval.
- Commission report review and approval with SVP of Sales final approval.
- Work with GM and SVP of Sales on strategic sales plan.
- Ensure AE follows pre-install and install guidelines.
- Help develop priorities and review with AE
- Conduct weekly debriefs with AE
- Work with AE on forecasting and maintaining required hotlist.
- Lead by example.
- Occasionally run group sales call / conduct training.
- Conduct business reviews for respective markets.
- Consistent field rides with AE
- Assist in interviews for other TBM’s.
- Travel expected 40-45%
