**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Manager in day-to-day operational tasks

- Sell products and services to customers

- Manage inventory control and ordering

- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers

- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

- Assist in training and development of staff

- Oversee sales transactions using POS systems

- Perform duties of a clerk when necessary

**Skills:**

- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar position

- Strong sales and customer service skills

- Proficient in inventory control and management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to train and develop team members effectively

- Familiarity with POS systems and clerical duties
