Land Support Agent Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Being a Land Support Agent Supervisor serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Land Support Agent Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Support Agent Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Land Support Agent Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This position is responsible primarily for oversight of IAFT case managers, IAFT elements, and IAFT data. This includes overall fidelity to the IAFT model. Additional job responsibilities include but aren't limited to, providing administrative supervision to the IAFT case managers, participating in IAFT team weekly staffing while providing recommendations, providing psychoeducation and training to foster parents; and providing oversight for the fidelity to EBP Model, Together Facing the Challenge.
Foster Care and Residential treatment experience will be taken into consideration, such as work with other trauma-related training or evidence-based practices, child welfare experience, and lived experience. Data tracking and chart auditing experience will be required. Candidates must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional.
