Land Administration Manager jobs in Missouri
Land Administration Manager manages the proper receiving, recording, documentation, and dissemination of all land agreements and land contracts. Serves as a liaison to the land department and customers to ensure proper interpretation of land agreements and contracts. Being a Land Administration Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Land Administration Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Land Administration Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Applicant Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of administration experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Salesforce and Timberline accounting software experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving
Job Duties and Functions (partial list)
Provide support and assistance to the estimators and project managers for all MCR locations.
Assist estimators with proposals, bids, submittals, and correspondences.
Complete new job processing of contracts and proposals.
Acquire necessary insurance certificates, bonds, and tax exemptions.
Review contracts received against information submitted.
Manage the data entry into Salesforce and Timberline Accounting Systems.
Maintain contact with customers and outside vendors.
Prepare subcontracts and monitor subcontractor compliance and risk management.
Ensure and oversee timely renewal of all city, state, and local licensing. Assist with project permits and research new licensing requirements as needed.
Conduct research for projects and project related documents.
