Applicant Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of administration experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Salesforce and Timberline accounting software experience a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for critical analysis and creative problem solving
Job Duties and Functions (partial list)
Provide support and assistance to the estimators and project managers for all MCR locations.
Assist estimators with proposals, bids, submittals, and correspondences.
Complete new job processing of contracts and proposals.
Acquire necessary insurance certificates, bonds, and tax exemptions.
Review contracts received against information submitted.
Manage the data entry into Salesforce and Timberline Accounting Systems.
Maintain contact with customers and outside vendors.
Prepare subcontracts and monitor subcontractor compliance and risk management.
Ensure and oversee timely renewal of all city, state, and local licensing. Assist with project permits and research new licensing requirements as needed.
Conduct research for projects and project related documents.
