    Position Summary:

    The Concierge Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a world class residential experience, service standard, and team culture across the BLT regional multifamily portfolio. This role ensures the highest standards of quality and service are upheld, oversees the regional Concierge Team, and coordinates with various departments to provide exceptional service to residents.

    Key Responsibilities of the Concierge Manager:

    • Establish and ensure a World Class Residential Experience and service standard
    • Oversee the regional Concierge Team, ensuring performance and service standards are consistently met
    • Inspect properties to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and service
    • Monitor the performance of onsite concierge teams to ensure optimal service delivery
    • Monitor resident requests and online reviews to identify and address opportunities for improvement
    • Prepare training manuals and train Concierge staff to deliver exceptional service
    • Work with maintenance staff to manage necessary repairs efficiently
    • Responsible for team scheduling, ensuring all shifts are covered adequately and able to cover open shifts as needed
    • Conduct interviews for new team members to ensure the team is composed of highly skilled and service-oriented individuals
    • Meet regularly with the residential team to provide updates and discuss improvements
    • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and resources necessary for the concierge services
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
    • Maintain records of interactions with guests and report on key performance metrics

    Minimum Requirements for the Concierge Manager:

    • Experience: 5-7 years of apartment management and/or concierge experience
    • Preferred Background: Hotel operations/hospitality industry experience and/or a hospitality degree strongly preferred
    • Skills:
      • Hands-on problem-solving approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
      • Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills
      • Leadership skills with a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor
      • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
      • Effective communication with management, staff and residents
      • Honest and trustworthy, with great attention to detail
      • Presentable/professional appearance and well-spoken
      • Proactive approach with excellent interpersonal skills
